Dr. Abbott is a Functional Medicine Physician who created these protocols based on scientific research. The protocols are to give you a general idea of how often you need to do red light therapy to see results.


General Health / Performance: 3 per week for 4 weeks

Weight Loss: 3 per week, every other day, for 8 weeks
