Kinesiotaping

Our clients find pain relief, improved recovery, reduction of swelling, and better movement when Kinesiotape is applied to injured or overworked muscles and joints. The tape is a waterproof flexible cotton with heat activated adhesive. It is latex free, hypoallergenic and can be worn for days.
The tape improves lymph and blood circulation by microscopically lifting the skin. The increase in interstitial space also decreases pressure on the body's nociceptors, which detect pain, and stimulates mechanoreceptors, to improve overall joint proprioception.
