Following are general protocols developed by Robert Abbott, MD, Medical Director of Resilient Roots. Dr. Abbott is a Functional Medicine Physician who created these protocols based on scientific research. The protocols are to give you a general idea of how often you need to do red light therapy to see results.

Area: Full Body, Front and Back

 

Session Duration: 5-10 minutes per area, up to 20 if doing front and back at 10 minutes each

Timing: 3 per week for 4 weeks

Weight Loss

Area: Full Body, Front and Back

 

Session Duration: 5-10 minutes per side up to 20 minutes if doing front and back for 10 minutes

 

Timing; 3 per week, every other day, for 8 weeks
